Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in engineering and programme/change management and has led teams and divisions of up to 2,000+ people across the world (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Israel, India, South Korea, China and Australia). He has delivered time and again against business growth, budgetary and delivery performance metrics.
Stuart has spent the last 20 years in the Pay-TV industry working on global programs. He has advised on, led and successfully delivered complex technology, business transformation and turn-around programs across the globe. Drawing on his industry knowledge, big-picture thinking, strong system-level expertise and people leadership skills, Stuart thrives on “getting the job done”.
Prior to this, Stuart spent 13 years working in the UK Defence industry on various avionic, fire control and autonomous weapon system programes. During this time, he was seconded to the Defence Research Agency (then, part of the MoD) for six years, where he worked on various electronic warfare threat assessment and counter-measure initiatives for surface naval programs.
Stuart holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Digital Communications from the University of Portsmouth and has studied Executive Education at Stanford University.
Craig has 20 years experience in engineering and program management. He has led global teams of 150+ people. He has excelled at charting a course through complex and problematic business conditions and at turning around troubled projects into successful deliveries.
Craig has invested the last 14 years in the Pay-TV industry working on global programs for Cisco Systems and Cox Communications. He has led, driven, and successfully delivered complex technology, business transformation and turn-around programs across the globe. Craig embraces taking new technology platforms and applications into market launches and at creating holistic operational plans to drive their business value over the long term.
Previously, Craig was at Nielsen for 5 years working in the audience measurement firm’s technology R&D department focused on next-generation TV and Web platforms. Craig started his career in the financial services industry with Capital One.
Craig holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor degree in Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
Steve has over 27 years’ technology industry experience in engineering and program/change management, leading teams of up to 250+ people as part of large scale deployment projects across the world (USA, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Israel & India). Steve specialises in large scale program organisational management and portfolio governance and has a track record of delivering complex multinational projects.
Steve has spent the last 14 years in the Pay-TV industry working on multinational programs across Europe, USA and Canada leading a range of programs from multi-regional STB roll-outs to green field end to end broadcast system deployment. With his ability to bring context to large scale complex programs, architect highly functional program teams and manage them across multiple programs Steve has a proven capability for portfolio management and delivery.
Prior to his time in the Pay-TV industry, Steve spent 13 years working in the System on Chip (SoC) industry, first as an ASIC design engineer then onto applications management leading application teams in Europe and USA supporting large scale silicon design projects for several multinational companies.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and is a certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP).
